How To Order

Firstly - don't worry!
We've been doing this long enough to understand that once you place your order, you'll probably want to change things.
This is fine! I'll always contact you before I begin making your products.

In fact, most of my customers prefer to place their initial order online and then contact me to discuss changes - and what they originally end up with is rarely exactly what they placed in their basket. This is absolutely fine, you don't need to make your final decisions now, simply choose the design you like and the products you'd like to order - and then we can discuss everything before I go ahead and make your stationery.
  • Simply add the items to your basket
  • Go to the Checkout
  • Select New Customer (or sign in if you're returning) and enter your details.
  • Select "PayPal" (to make the payment online) or "Offline Payment" (to contact me before you make a payment) Either of these options* is fine and you'll have plenty of time to then talk to me about changes to your order, what card options you have, what colour options there are and so on.
*It's completely up to you which of these options to choose.
"PayPal" This enables you to place your order and pay for it online - really quick and simple if you're just ordering samples or if you know exactly what you want.
Don't worry; if we make any changes to your order we can still adjust this accordingly.
"Offline payment" This enables you to place your order but then sort out payment once we've discussed all your options. Once you have made a final decision you will be invoiced and have the option to pay by PayPal, bank transfer or by cheque. You will also have the option either to pay 50% deposit (to secure your order) or to pay the full amount.

What Happens Next?
  • Once I have received your order I will email you to confirm the order and to request all your wedding information. A 50% non refundable deposit of the total price is required at this stage to confirm your order and to book your production and delivery dates. If you have paid online this is already covered or if you have opted to pay offline I will send you an invoice.
  • Within 7 working days of receiving your payment and your wedding information you will be sent an email with a PDF proof of each item you have ordered.
  • Check your PDF proof and email the approval (or any changes to be made) back to me. This is a very important step to get all the details correct.
  • Once you have approved the PDF you will be sent 2x sample proofs (free of charge). It is your responsibility to check the proofs thoroughly and confirm they are correct by signing and returning one copy. Once approved, any amendments will incur a charge for re-printing. Orders which are cancelled after proofs have been signed and returned must be paid for in full.
  • The balance will be invoiced 2-3 weeks before delivery and must be settled before your order can be dispatched.
  • Your wedding stationery will be sent to you on the agreed date - enjoy!
